DBA: CG-HHC, LLC; Daybreak Community Services, Inc; Caregiver, a Step Up located at 146 North 3rd Street, Williamsburg, OH 45176:  On or about November 23, 2021, Caregiver, Inc. did not ensure employees providing direct client care to COVID-19 positive clients in residential homes, used respiratory protection in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.134, in that the employees were provided with KN95 masks that were not NIOSH-certified and not intended for medical use protect employees from aerosolized SARS-CoV-2 virus.
