29 CFR  1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:    a)  At the combustion chamber of Power Boiler #2, located at 709 Papermill Rd., East Dublin, GA 31027, on or about November 23, 2021, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fire and struck-by hazards, in that the employer failed to conduct periodic inspections of employees authorized to perform lockout/tagout.
