29 CFR  1910.269(n)(2):  For any employee to work transmission and distribution lines or equipment as deenergized, the employer did not ensure that the lines or equipment were deenergized under the provisions of paragraph (m) of this section and did not ensure proper grounding of the lines or equipment as specified in paragraphs (n)(3) through (n)(8) of this section:  On or about November 17, 2021, an employee was permitted to work on electrical lines, which the employer considered de-energized; however, the employer did not ensure the lines were de-energized in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.269 paragraph (m), and did not ensure the lines were grounded as specified in 29 CFR 1910.269 paragraphs (n)(3) through (n)(8).
