An employee working on a second floor patio without fall protection at condominium complex located within the Raindance subdivision, in Winsor, Colorado was exposed to fall of approximately 12 feet from the top of a patio to the ground below.   (b) Black Diamond Framing located at1790 Heirloom Drive Windsor, CO 80550: On 11/30/2021, employees tasked with completing the framing of a condominium complex located within the Raindance subdivision, in Windsor, Colorado, were not protected from falls of approximately 12 feet by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Two employees were observed completing framing activities at/from the eave of a first floor roof without using fall protection.   (c) Black Diamond Framing located at 1790 Heirloom Drive Windsor, CO 80550:  On 11/30/2021, while in the process of completing the framing of a condominium complex located within the Raindance subdivision, in Windsor, Colorado,  the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. An employee, working on a second floor patio without fall protection, was exposed to a fall hazard from a height of approximately 12 feet from the top of the patio to ground level.
