29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) On or about November 30, 2021; an employee was framing the roof of a house while standing on top of an exterior wall and was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately ten feet or more to the ground below;  (b) On or about November 30, 2021; an employee was framing the roof of a house while standing on top of site built carpentry scaffolds (a 2X6 board) and was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately fifteen feet or more to the concrete foundation below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  (a) On or about November 30, 2021, two employees framing the house utilized a Werner A-frame self-supporting ladder to access the top of the walls and were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately six feet when using the top step and top of the ladder.
