29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: A) 2385 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314 The electrical panel on the back wall of the warehouse did not have free and clear access. The panel was blocked by boxes and merchandise that was being stored in front of it and around. Hazard observed on or about 12/2/21
