29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part.  On December 03, 2021, at 1037 Gulf Shore Blvd N. in Naples, Florida, employees of Sunshine Building Group, Inc. were exposed to 7-foot fall hazards while cutting concrete slabs without utilizing a means of fall protection.
