29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) 517-519 Shearman Street Wilmington, DE: On or about November 30, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that their employees engaged in residential construction activities [e.g. demolition activities] were protected from fall hazards.  Employees were observed  standing on the front and rear wall of  the abandoned home from a second floor and roof top approximately 15 to 18 feet from grade without any means of fall protection.
