29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  (a) Hoskins Construction LLC, at 512 North Corsair Circle, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to December 3, 2021 the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from flying particles from pneumatic fasteners and electrical hand tools such as circular saws and chop saws in that employees were operating pneumatic nail guns as well as circular hand saws without eye protection.  This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards that could lead to serious eye injury.

Employees were conducting framing operations on the main floor interior of the property with an exposed stairwell with no fall protection system or guardrail in place.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 10 feet.
