29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  Meat Department - On or about December 13, 2021, the Hobart vertical bandsaw blade was not guarded properly. The guard was not lowered to the lowest point while the machine was running.  The unused portion of the blade exposed the employee to a struck-by hazard.
