The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a. On or about December 14, 2021, located at Lot 232, Granville, Ohio 43023: the employer failed to provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. Two employees, without any training on fall hazards, conducted work on the roof of a new build residential home. The employees were exposed to a fall distance of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground level.

Employees were using pneumatic nail guns while roofing a house. The employees were not utilizing eye protection, thereby exposing employees to struck-by hazards to the eyes.
