29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart:  a) YG Construction Inc, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 300 Riverfront Blvd, Elmwood park NJ. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite.  Gasoline fueled generators was used in side the building to power electric equipment such as grinders, extension cords. Extra gasoline to fuel the generators was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 12/14/21
