OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in between hazards from an excavator:   a. At the job site located at 2501 Michigan Avenue, Kissimmee, Florida: On or about December 11, 2021, employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in between hazards, when accessing the areas around the 2014 - VOLVO EC340D Excavator, during scrap metal sorting and loading into a trailer truck operation.
