29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section:  A).	on or about 12/16/21, scaffolds in the driveway of the house at 78-22 65th Street, Glendale. NY  Employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold onto the side of the 2-story house were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 14 ft. to the ground. Guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not provided.

NY  Employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold onto the 2-story house were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 14 ft. to the ground. Both poles were not secured by triangular bracing at the bottom.
