29 CFR  1926.100(a):Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:  a) Second floor front side, 796 Marlay Lane, Lot # 203, Powder Springs - On or about 12/17/2021, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employees were not provided protective helmets when they were installing sidings to the house on second floor, approximately 16 feet above the ground while other employees were working with tools and adding siding on a ladder above them.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Second floor front side, 796 Marlay Lane, Lot #203, Powder Springs - On or about 12/17/2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 28 feet, in that the employees were not provided fall protection devices when they were on a ladder on second floor installing sidings to the house approximately 28 feet above the ground.
