29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   (a) 856 W. Happy Canyon Road, Castle Rock, CO 80108: On or about December 16, 2021, and at times prior, the employer did not have a written hazard communication program for chemicals including but not limited to ethylene oxide.  Ethylene oxide is used in sealed ampoules as a sterilizing agent in the Anprolene AN-4j equipment sterilizer.  Ethylene oxide is a is a known carcinogen, may cause neurotoxic effects, and reproductive effects in women.
