29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) On or about December 18, 2021; a Flat & Pot Filling System was being operated with its soil return auger inadequately guarded exposing employees who used it to a caught-in hazard due to the rotating auger.  (b) On or about December 18, 2021; a Flat & Pot Filling System was being operated with the roller on the end of the conveyor belt where filled pots are removed from the filling system; unguarded exposing employees to an in-going nip-point hazard.  (c) On or about December 18, 2021; a Flat & Pot Filling System was being operated with the roller on the end of the conveyor belt where pots or flats are placed onto the line; unguarded exposing employees to an in-going nip-point hazard.  (d) On or about December 18, 2021; the end roller of the conveyor belt where completed pots or flats are removed from the line was unguarded exposing employee's working in this area to an in-going nip-point hazard.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  (a) On or about December 18, 2021, a flexible cord going into the power switch on the planting conveyor within the planting barn was found with no strain relief exposing employees using it to an electrical shock hazard.
