29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  A) Lindsey Construction Inc. on or about December 21 at the address of 330 East Connelly Blvd. Sharon, PA: Three employees were working on a low sloped roof roughly 16 feet in the air, without the benefit of any type of fall protection during tear-off and re-roofing operations.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  A) Lindsey Construction Inc. on or about December 21 at the address of 330 East Connelly Blvd. Sharon, PA: one employees was standing in the equipter RB 4000 handing equipment to employees. The employee was exposed to falls of roughly 14 feet without the benefit of any type of fall protection.  Abatement Note:  Per the manufactures manual this machine is NOT to be used for personnel lift.
