29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle:  (a) ) On or about February 22, 2022, employees were exposed to crushing/pinch point hazards and amputation hazards while working on and around the Wysong Fab250-120 Press Brake. The point of operation was not guarded.  (b) On or about February 22, 2022, employees were exposed to crushing/pinch point hazards and amputation hazards while working on and around the Cincinnati 9 Series Press Brake. The point of operation was not guarded.  (c) On or about February 22, 2022, employees were exposed to crushing/pinch point hazards and amputation hazards while working on and around the Cincinnati 60PF4 Series Press Brake.  The point of operation was not guarded.
