29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a. 500 Primrose Way, Warren, NJ - Whispering Hills - Roof  The employer did not ensure employees were protected from fall hazards by means of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were placing roofing materials at the ridge of a two story building and were not protected from falls by use of a safety net system, guardrails, or a personal fall arrest system.  Violation observed on or about December 23, 2021
