29 CFR  1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible:  a) On or about December 29, 2021, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 was not provided to the employees who were provided SAS Safety Corp, N95, Particulate Respirators to use voluntarily when cleaning and disinfecting apartment units with positive covid-19 residents.
