29 CFR  1926.451(g)(2):The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds.  a) On or about January 4, 2022, at the previously addressed job site, employees erecting a pump jack scaffold were bracing the top of the scaffold poles while standing on a pitched roof with no fall protection, exposing the employees to falls.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
