29 CFR  1910.272(g)(1)(i):  The permit for entering bins, silos, or tanks in the grain handling facility did not certify that the precautions contained in 29 CFR 1910.272(g) had been implemented prior to employees entering the bins, silos, or tanks:   On or about December 20, 2021, December 21, 2021, December 22, 2021, December 23, 2021 and January 5, 2022, employees performed work inside grain bins, and the employer's permit did not certify that the precautions obtained in paragraph 29 CFR 1910.272(g) had been established and met by the employer.
