29 CFR  1910.178(n)(8): Under all travel conditions the truck shall be operated at a speed that will permit it to be brought to a stop in a safe manner:  On or about January 7, 2022, and times prior there to, Shipping 2 Area, an employee was struck and dragged, when the forklift industrial truck was not operated at a speed that would have brought it to a stop as required.
