29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  On or about 1/12/2022, at the job site located 1044 SW Aquilla Way Port St. Lucie, Florida, 34987, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 10'-9" to ground level while performing masonry work from a tubular welded scaffold that was not fully planked.
