29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.   On or about January 12, 2022, at a new residential construction located at 399 SW Nestor Ave, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953, employees were exposed to struck-by hazard while flying trusses without using any means of head protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about January 12, 2022, at a new residential construction located at 399 SW Nestor Ave,Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953, employees were exposed to approximately an 9-foot fall hazard while installing trusses without using any means of conventional fall protection system.
