29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets.    On or about January 12, 2022, three employees were working on the ground below other workers who were conducting framing operations without wearing hard hats, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck-by falling objects.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  On or about January 12, 2022, three employees were framing a home under new construction while using pneumatic nail guns without using eye protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck-by a flying particles.

29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means.   On or about January 12, 2022, three employees were framing a home under construction while using a120V electrical cord that had cuts and tears on the outer sheathing to power the air compressor, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.

On or about January 12, 2022, three employees were framing the residential home under construction at heights up to approximately 25 feet high without the use of fall protection, exposing the workers to a fall hazard.
