(a) Location - 17914 Galapagos Streets, Broomfield, CO  On or about 01/13/2022, employee was working on a pumpjack scaffolding greater than ten feet with no endrails exposing the employee to fall hazard.

29 CFR  1926.452(j)(2):Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary.  (a) Location - 17914 Galapagos Street, Broomfield, CO  On or about  01/13/2022, employees did not install two sets of triangle rigid bracing.  This  condition exposed an employee to a fall hazard.
