29 CFR  1926.602(a)(3)(i):The employer moved construction equipment upon a grade that was not constructed and maintained to accommodate safely the movement of the equipment involved.  Location - 122 Old Ayer Road, Groton, MA.  On or about January 19, 2022, an excavator operator was working in close proximity of an aerial lift that another contractor was using. During this time the excavator operator struck the aerial lift on two separate occasions.
