29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: Kitchen Area - Electrical cords and receptacles that powered equipment were not free from recognized hazards, in the following instances: a) Cord that powered the meat warmer was nicked and repaired with tape in several places. b) Cord that powered the meat freezer was nicked and repaired with tape in several places. c) Cord that powered the fryolator was nicked and repaired with tape. d) Cord that powered the bun warmer was repaired at the strain relief with tape. e) Receptacle that supplied power to the egg machine was loose in its cabinet and sparked/shorted-out, during plugging and unplugging.
