Mr. Greg Dykes, current owner of Superior Roofing of Russell County, LLC who previously owned/used the company name DGS Dykes, LLC and was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1413445, citation number #1, item number #1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 12, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 5162 Whitesville Road, MED Care, Columbus, GA 31904.
