On or about 1/20/2022,  powered industrial truck operators operate equipment on a daily basis including, but not limited, to a Doosan Electric Powered Forklift, Toyota Electric Sit-down Forklifts, and Electric Powered Pallet Jacks. The operators were not trained and/or evaluated on the safe operation of powered industrial trucks.  b) Aldi Warehouse, 300 NY 281, Tully, NY - Throughout the facility. On or about 6/26/2022, a powered industrial truck operator operated equipment on a daily basis including, but not limited to, an Electric Powered Pallet Jack. The operator was not trained and/or evaluated on the safe operation of powered industrial trucks.     Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
