Location: Roof of 1034 Pearl Street Brockton, MA  On or about January 24, 2022, employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 20 feet from the roof edge, to the ground below, where fall protection was not used.   1.) LOUTH CALLAN RENEWABLES LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1541759, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-03-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6 Jefferson Dr., Coventry, RI 02816.   2.) LOUTH CALLAN RENEWABLES LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1510228, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03-30-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 2030 Nooseneck Hill Rd., COVENTRY, RI 02816.
