29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1: On or about January 27, 2022, at the store located at 4006 Durand Avenue in Racine, Wisconsin, the required space as indicated in Table S1 (3 feet) around electrical panels was not maintained: (a) The electrical panel near the sink area was blocked by a garbage receptacle, and; (b) The electrical panel in an adjacent room was partially blocked by a shelving unit.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about January 27, 2022, employees engaged in food preparation were exposed to hazardous materials, such as but not limited to, cleaning chemicals. The employer had not ensured each employee was trained on the hazard communication/global harmonization system. The training shall include the information contained within 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3).
