29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about January 27, 2022, on the east side of the structure, employee(s) were installing roof joist more than 6 feet above a lower level without fall protection.

On or about January 27, 2022 on the east side of the building an employees used a 7.25" circular saw to cut 2x8 framing without any eye and face protective equipment.
