29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  (a) Hugo Miranda at 1501 South Andrew Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to January 13, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that their employee was protected from falls while conducting roofing operations on a single-family residential roof. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards greater than twenty five feet.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than twenty five feet.
