29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:   a)  At Lot 8 The Battery, The Village of Tannin, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On January 31, 2022, the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a work platform that measured only 12 inches wide without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 21 feet 8 inches to the ground below.
