29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At the residential worksite located at 512 SW Valley Drive, Grain Valley, Missouri:  Employees engaged in roofing activities while using pneumatic nail guns were not protected from flying particles by using eye or face protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the residential worksite located at 512 SW Valley Drive, Grain Valley, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 24 feet when performing roofing activities without the use of a fall protection system.
