29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii).  Employee engaged in embalming activities at the preparation room is exposed to health hazards when using chemicals and the employer had not developed a written Hazardous Communication Program:  1.	 Bottles containing DE-CE-CO was found on the cabinet in the preparation room. Formaldehyde and Methanol are present in DE-CE-CO. Exposure to DE-CE-CO could result in eye damage, severe skin burns, it is toxic if ingested and may cause cancer.  2.	 Bottles containing Infrofiant DC was found on the cabinet in the preparation room. Formaldehyde, Borax, Propylene Glycol and Methanol are present in Infrofiant DC . Exposure to Infrofiant DC could result in eye damage, severe skin burns, harmful if ingested, toxic if inhaled, may cause respiratory irritation, it is flammable and may cause cancer.  3.  Bottles containing Jaundofiant Control  was found on the cabinet in the preparation room. Propylene Glycol and Methanol are present in Jaundofiant Control  . Exposure to Jaundofiant Control could result toxic if swallowed, cause damage to organs and it is flammable.  4. Bottles containing Jaundofiant Basic was found on the cabinet in the preparation room. Formaldehyde and Methanol are present in Jaundofiant Basic. Exposure to Jaundofiant Basic could result in eye damage, severe skin burns, harmful if ingested, toxic if inhaled, may cause respiratory irritation, it is flammable and may cause cancer.
