Garage - On or about January 31, 2022, the employer did not not ensure the Sunex, Model 5002A, 8-inch bench grinder was equipped with a work rest, for both abrasive wheels, and adjusted the one available work rest to within a maximum opening of one-eighth inch from the abrasive wheel, thereby exposing employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards.
