Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access.  On or About February 02, 2022, the employer did not ensure the access to the exit doors was at least 28 inches wide while working in the warehouse. Material was stacked throughout the warehouse which eliminated the employee's ability to access the exit doors in the southside fire corridor and in the northwest corner of the warehouse.
