29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii):   a) Workplace, 33 Myrtle Ave, Irvington, NJ  For employees directed to clean and sanitize classroom areas with bleach,  Firm Grip disinfectant that contains hypochlorous acid, and RMR-141 disinfectant that contains quaternary ammonium  compounds and Puresan Peroxcide that contains 5 - 8% Hydrogen Peroxide  in an atomizer device, the employer did not  develop and implement a written hazard communication program.  Violation occurred on or about February 3, 2022.

Violation occurred on or about February 3, 2022.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area:   a) Workplace, 33 Myrtle Ave, Irvington, NJ   For employees directed to clean and sanitize classroom areas with bleach,  Firm Grip disinfectant that contains hypochlorous acid, and RMR-141 disinfectant that contains quaternary ammonium  compounds and Puresan Peroxcide that contains 5 - 8% Hydrogen Peroxide  in an atomizer device, the employer did not train employees in the physical and health hazards of these chemicals that are corrosive and can cause chemical burns to the skin and eyes.  Violation occurred on or about February 3, 2022.
