29 CFR  1926.54(d): Standard laser warning placards were not posted in areas in which lasers were used:  (a) D3 MULTIPURPOSE FACILITY, ELDERS ENTRANCE: On or about February 4, 2022, while employees operated a Class 2 Spectra LL300N Self-Leveling Laser, standard laser warning placards were not posted to notify employees of laser use, exposing employees to incidental observation which could result in eye injuries.
