29 CFR  1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:  On or about February7, 2022,  the employer did not ensure periodic inspections of energy control procedures were being performed at least annually to ensure the requirements of the standard were being followed.  The employer did not ensure an inspection was conducted of each energy control procedure to correct any inadequacies or deviations in the procedure [per 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(B) requirements], and/or annual periodic inspections included a review of each authorized employee and their responsibilities under the energy control procedure [(c)(6)(i)(C)].
