29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  At a new residential construction located at2033 and 2025 SW Villanova Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34983: On or about February 4, 2022 and at times prior, the employer failed to inspect a worksite to ensure a means of conventional fall protection system was made available for employees who were performing roofing work, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of 9 feet to ground level.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about February 4, 2022, at a new residential construction located at 2033 SW Villanova Rd, Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953, employees were exposed to approximately 9-feet fall hazard while installing trusses without using any means of conventional fall protection system.  The AME CARPENTRY INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1564615, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/22/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1199 Becker Rd, PORT SAINT LUCIE, FL 34953.
