These bottle contained hazardous chemicals used in workplace cleaning operations including but not limited to sulfuric acid.

On or about February 7, 2022, the employer did not maintain safety data sheets that were readily accessible for employees at the main Serenity Cleaning facility located at 244 Ash Avenue in Findlay, Ohio. Products commonly used by employees that they did not have access to the SDS include but are not limited to Bona floor cleaner, Oxy Clean, Great Value brand toilet bowl cleaner, Ajax Cleansing Powder, Great Value brand Distilled White Vinegar, and Sal Suds that can be hazardous to employees when they use the products several times throughout the day for cleaning customers' houses.
