29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a) On or about February 9, 2022, on the north side of the home, employees were observed using pneumatic nail guns to install shingles on the roof of a single-story residential home without the use of eye protection.
