Employees engaged in the maintenance and repair of a DaDee Manufacturing,  Scorpion Arm, Automated Side Loader, on a Mack waste disposal truck where there was no hazardous energy control program established to prevent the unintended release of hydraulic pressure while working beneath the elevated arm.
