29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i):Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites: a) Exterior Front - Employee was using a Makita portable electric circular saw, model number 5007F, serial number 1774211 that was plugged into an extension cord and there was no ground fault circuit interrupter, 120 volt, 15 amp service, on or about 02/08/2022. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet). For the purpose of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer on the job site. The employer is being cited under OSHA's multi-employer workplace policy. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
