29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:            (a) 1251 Spring Marsh Court (Lot 37), Gainesville Georgia; on or about February 9, 2022, an employee utilizing a circular was exposed to flying debris where no eye protection and face equipment was used.            (b) 1251 Spring Marsh Court (Lot 37), Gainesville Georgia; on or about February 9, 2022, an employee utilizing a pneumatic nail gun was exposed to flying debris where no eye protection and face equipment was used.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) 1251 Spring Marsh Court (Lot 37), Gainesville Georgia; on or about February 9, 2022, an employee installing roofing materials on a new residential structure was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet  8 inches, when the employer did not ensure that the employee was utilizing proper fall protection measures.
